As one of the larger commercial landscape and snow removal companies in the St. Louis region, we must apply these principles to meet our customers’ expectations. We call this our customer commitment.

Sale

The customer commitment starts with the sale. Also known as the planning stage, the sale contains a vision, concept or direction that is set by the client. This mental picture, or guiding image, allows us to strategically create a plan of action that solves the problem at hand and attains the goals set. We feel the success of the relationship greatly depends on integrity and value creation.

Account Management

The plan of action developed in the sales stage then gets assigned to an account manager. The dedicated account manager will be the direct liaison between you and our production team. From maintenance teams to crew supervisors to field supervisors, we keep multiple pairs of eyes on your property allowing us to focus on the details. Your account manager will serve as your one point of contact, keeping you informed on property maintenance statuses, concerns and any updates. This eliminates headaches and allows you to dedicate your time and energy to perform your job more effectively.
