Landcare Management Plan

At Bluegrass Landscape and Snow Management, you can expect a unique experience from the very first time that we meet with you. That’s because we do things differently—and it shows. One thing that sets us apart is our use of a Landcare Management Plan (or LMP). This is a tool that helps us to uncover all of your needs and put an action plan into place. By doing so, you’ll be able to hand over the care of your property to us knowing that we have it fully under control—the way you want.

Our LMP process is made up of three crucial parts. Let’s take a look at each of them.

The LMP Consultation

From the very beginning, you’ll notice that face time is important to us. We want to get to know you and to get to know your needs. After all, in order to truly meet your expectations, we must know what they consist of. That’s why we want to meet in-person in order to discuss everything from the condition of your property to what you expect us to accomplish on it. While other prospective vendors may send a proposal out without any face time with you, we believe this is a crucial step, not to be missed. It may take a little more time on the front end, but we think that you’ll notice how much it will pay off in the long run.

The LMP Audit/Property Assessment

Once we’ve met with you and discussed your expectations, we will perform a metric-based property inspection. This is a thorough and comprehensive review of your property that allows us to be able to create an accurate plan for what tasks need to be performed. We will go through every possible detail that must be covered. We’ll also measure the property in order to have a precise idea of how much time will be necessary on the property each week. This will ensure all tasks are performed completely—no rush jobs or time that is ever cut short.

Of course, we’ll also review any potential safety issues on the property as that’s a number one priority for our company. We take safety incredibly seriously—for our people and for our clients.

The Development & Presentation of our LMP

Once we’ve compiled all of the information that is necessary to develop an LMP for your property, we’ll present the plan to you in order to make sure that it covers everything you need. This presentation will include a plan of action and a proposal based on the consultation and the audit/property assessment. By knowing your expectations from the very beginning, we’ll be able to confidently meet your needs. And, you’ll have a clear sense of exactly what tasks we’ll be taking over, which will make you more comfortable handing us the reins.

How the Landcare Management Plan Sets Bluegrass Apart

There’s no doubt that our use of the LMP process differentiates us from other companies out there. Instead of feeling as though you need to constantly check in on how your landscape maintenance services are going, you’ll truly be able to hand off those responsibilities, eliminating the hassles—and the headaches—of dealing with them yourself.

With our detailed LMP of your property guiding us, we’ll be able to completely handle the property’s management and fulfill your expectations without any babysitting necessary. As a result, you’ll be able to focus your attention and your efforts on other property needs, leaving the maintenance tasks fully in our hands and your mind at ease.
